Fractal Thought Text
Like snowflakes, there are infinite patterns and neural architectures that continuously occur within your brain. Only recently, through the use of specialized equipment, has it been discerned that the forms are both architectural and fractal. Since the forms continuously change with thought (electrical, chemical, and light stimulation) the stills here represent snapshots taken at 1/8000 of a second.
It is difficult to imagine the geometry of thought, occurring at lightning speed across countless neurons, but modern science is coming closer to seeing how thought and memory work, and can often have fractal patterns. One of the main reasons 3D fractals (The Mandelbulb) inspired me to start working again in the arts is that it is capable of incredible complexity. Complexity that can mimic the neural system, and thought.
